This Refund Policy describes when and how DataX Group LLC (βweβ, βusβ) will issue refunds for purchases made through our Platform. All products sold through the Platform β including vehicle history reports, property records, test results, and similar offerings β are digital products.
NON-DELIVERY OF A PRODUCT
If you do not receive a product you have paid for, we will fully refund the payment. Please contact our support team with your order details so we can verify the non-delivery and process the refund.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
If you purchased a subscription, you may request a refund of your most recent subscription payment. Earlier subscription payments are not eligible for refund.
Subscription refunds are issued at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if we believe it is abusive or fraudulent.
ONE-TIME REPORT PURCHASES
If the quality of a one-time report is not useful to you, the purchase may be eligible for a discretionary refund. Please contact our support team and describe the issue so we can review the request.
DISPUTED OR CHARGED-BACK PAYMENTS
Payments that have been disputed with your bank or that have been the subject of a chargeback are not eligible for refund through us.
REFUND METHOD
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We do not provide refunds through alternative methods such as PayPal, bank transfer, gift cards, or store credit.
In rare cases, some banks will not accept refunds to a credit card that has been closed. If your original card has been closed, you may need to contact your bank to recover the funds after we issue the refund.
CURRENCY CONVERSION
We do not set currency exchange rates. Exchange rates and any associated conversion fees are determined by your issuing bank and our acquiring bank. The amount you receive on a refund in a non-USD currency may differ from the amount you were originally charged due to changes in exchange rates between the date of purchase and the date of refund.
